1.4 Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-stock rugs: Dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order rugs: Production time ranges from 2–6 weeks, depending on design complexity.
  • Delivery estimates:
    • UK Orders: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
    • International Orders: 7–15 business days (may vary with customs).

1.5 Returns, Exchanges, Damages & Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or details. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Policy

We want you to love your handmade rug, but if something isn’t right, this policy explains your rights regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. Standard Returns

  • You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs

  • All custom rugs (designed to your specifications) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • If a custom order is already in production, cancellations are not possible.
  • We provide photos of your custom rug before shipping to ensure approval and avoid dissatisfaction.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will offer:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled before shipment.
  • Custom or made-to-order rugs can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (before production begins).

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom rugs or special orders.
  • Gift cards or downloadable items.
  • Rugs showing signs of wear, stains, or damage after delivery.
